Boxing Fitness:
Full body, boxing workouts with an emphasis on getting fighting fit. Skipping, technical drills, bag-work, and circuit training.
These sessions are for those who enjoy the sport of boxing but do not wish to compete or for those who compete and would like additional fitness training. There are no fancy machines or complicated routines required to achieve results in these high energy boxing workouts.
Boxing is a full-body workout, so you’ll tone your arms, back, core and legs whilst burning fat. The constant movement keeps your heart rate elevated for improved cardiovascular fitness.
Need to know:
No equipment required, bring any equipment you may have. Clean indoor trainers and appropriate gym clothing only. Bring a bottle of water and a clean towel to sessions.
If you have little or no boxing experience, we highly recommend you attend one of our Boxing-Basics sessions first.
All sessions are attended by mixed gender and abilities. The sessions are suitable for boxers aged 18yrs and over.
