Recreational Boxing:

Complete boxing sessions with engaging drills and technical partner work. Ideal for recreational boxers wanting to get in the ring.

Practice the art of boxing whilst pushing your limits with drills that include pad-work, partner-work, tactics, and circuit training. Using traditional training methods you’ll increase speed, agility, accuracy, balance, and mental toughness. These sessions are based on the core principles of boxing, attack, and defence and are suitable for anyone who wants a complete boxing session.

Need to know:

You must have some previous boxing experience and a reasonable level of fitness to attend these sessions. You want to enjoy your training so if you have little or no boxing experience, we highly recommend you attend one of our Boxing-Basics sessions first.

A gumshield and suitable hand wraps are required for these sessions. Clean indoor trainers and appropriate gym clothing only. Bring a bottle of water and a clean towel to sessions.

All sessions are attended by mixed gender and abilities. The sessions are suitable for boxers aged 18yrs and over.
